Raising a Concern

We and our schools take concerns seriously. Please do not take risks by failing to report a concern on any matter, which will be treated seriously and with appropriate sensitivity.

Parents and Carers

Any concern a parent has with the education or well-being of their child in a Church school should first be shared with the child’s teacher, headteacher or chair of governors.  The school’s governing body will have its own official complaints procedure or means to raise a concern,  the details of which will be available to parents on request or via the schools website.  If you are unsure of how to obtain this, or feel unable to ask for it, then please use the contact below, who will advise you on the correct course to follow.

With concerns of a serious nature where the parent feels the matter should be brought to the direct attention of the Diocesan Schools Team, please do not hesitate to contact the Deputy Director i/c of safeguarding, concerns and complaints, Rachel Beeson, on 07530714664 or by email at rachel.beeson@elydiocese.org.

Those Working in our Schools

Any concern an employee or volunteer has, should first be shared with the headteacher or chair of governors of the school.  The governing body will have its own official complaints or whistle-blowing procedure,  the details of which will be available on request.  If you are unsure of how to obtain this, or feel unable to raise this with such individuals, then please use the contact details set-out above.
